Will my travel permit take long? If I were to file for an I-131 travel document to travel outside the US for two weeks while I wait for my adjustment of status, will it take long to process, given I plan to travel in August?

Immigration attorneysAdjustment of Status-based travel document takes 3-6 months from filing. If you have not filed your case yet, it is very likely that you will not receive the travel document by August.

Immigration attorneysTypically longer than 2 months. If emergency travel permit needed you can request that and an appointment at the local office will be scheduled.
