I am from India. I filed my I-526 form in 2019 and my AOS two years ago. My EB-5 petition was approved in June 2024. When can I expect a decision on my adjustment of status?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysProvided you are current we seeing approvals in about 1-2 years but there appears to be no consistency in adjudication times.
