My I-526E was just approved, and I filed my I-485 concurrently with it about 20 months ago. I’m wondering if and when I would receive an RFE for the medical and how much longer the processing should take?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIt's very unpredictable-we are hoping USCIS will start clearing out the many pending cases but ordinarily adjustments have been taking about 1 ½ years.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThis all depends on the USCIS processing center. I’m currently seeing I485s adjudicated 3-8 months after the underlying I526/I526E petition is approved.
