Now that my EB-5 visa has come through, I have plans to marry my partner back home and bring them to the U.S. I did not add them to my EB-5 application because we met after I got my conditional residency and decided to wait until my green card was approved, so as not to impact my petition in any way. How long must I wait to sponsor their green card?
