What are the processing times for H-1B adjustment of status for EB-2? What about EB-5? If I were to concurrently file, are the work and travel permits being decided quickly with a pending adjustment of status?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysI suppose your EB-2 has been approved and there is no backlog for your I-486. It normally takes about 4-6 months. Your H-1B status does not affect the time to process your I-485. The I-485's processing time has no significant difference between concurrent and subsequent filing of your I-485
