If I were to opt for the partial payment alternative, I understand I can make a payment at the time I have filed the EB-5 petitions, but how soon must I pay the second part? Are more than two payments allowed?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThere are no regs on this, but generally you want to complete your investment before USCIS gets to your I526E (as they will RFE incomplete investments) and do it per the terms the RC agrees to.
