How long are the I-829 processing times for the EB-5 visa?

My I-526 and I-485 were approved a few months ago. I will submit the I-829 in 21 months and was wondering how long that takes to process. I am looking at the online estimates and they are scary.

It is correct the I-8298 processing times are terribly backlogged and we can only hope they improve. unfortunately, we have had to file mandamus actions on account of the unreasonable delays.

All we have are the scary online estimates but who knows what they will be 21 months from now, as they did increase their fees substantially, which should mean they will hire more staff.

Most cases are taking at least 2 years to approve (or more). Mandamus action can be helpful (especially for I-829 cases) and is used frequently to compel USCIS to adjudicate cases.
