Given the priority processing option for EB-5 applications for investments in a rural or high-unemployment area, I have focused my search for projects there. But I would like to know if being part of this category makes these projects safer compared to urban or non-TEA projects.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysOne critical difference is the amount is $250 less if in set-aside, so pretty much all the decent projects are focused on the $800k market.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysI don’t think they are automatically safer at all – you still need to evaluate the project itself to see if it is where you want to put your money. The priority processing is the incentive.
