How is EB-5 visa availability determined for Honduran citizens?

Do you know if there are EB-5 visas left for citizens of Honduras for FY 2015? If there are none left, or if FY 2015 passes prior to the initiation of an EB-5 application, will there be EB-5 visas available to citizens of Honduras beginning October 1, 2015? How is EB-5 visa availability determined?

It is determined in the same way as for all other countries except China, India, Mexico, and the Philippines. The only present immigrant visa quota limitations are for Chinese nationals.

All countries other than Mainland China are "current" for visa availability and there has been no indication that this will change.

It appears likely Congress will give us a short extension of 30 or about 90 days, so if you can get ready quickly, you might be eligible to file under the current amount of $500,000 as we expect an increase to $800,000 very soon.
