I want to understand the visa bulletin better. I am from India and I want to file my application this year. But I see that the final action date for Indian investors is May 1, 2019 and the filing date (I assume is the day my EB-5 application goes through?) is April 1, 2022 for the Unreserved visa. So, I should not be affected by this retrogression these dates are showing, correct?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYou are confusing your EB5 petition eligibility with the EB5 visa availability. The bulletin is all about the visa availability. You should consult your attorney or find one to work with if you don't have one, as the law is more complex than you think.
