A year ago, I was diagnosed with syphilis after filing my I-495 form. Fortunately, it was diagnosed in its early stages; therefore, I was able to undergo treatment until I was cured. However, I had to update my medical records because my medical examination at the time of the adjustment of status petition did not show I had syphilis. Today, I prepare to advance my application towards the I-829 petition. Must I file a new medical examination?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYou do not need to submit a new medical exam with your I-829 petition. The medical exam is only required when you apply for your green card (I-485), not when removing conditions.
