Is there any truth that USCIS case adjudicators pick the smallest/lightest EB-5 application first? My I-526E has 4300 pages as I submitted extensive supporting documents for SOF. Now some people are telling me that may actually put my application on the back burner. Have you observed this before, even if on an anecdotal level?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyLength or volume of pages is not a determinative factor in denying a case. The case should be properly organized with exhibits and your immigration attorney should have submitted a legal memorandum on how you meet each of the requirements pointing to specific exhibits of evidence in the case.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyHard question to answer. If the documents are well organized so the officer knows what documents are submitted to prove which issue, I don’t think volume will be a factor. I did have one officer maybe thirty years ago call me with a question and said your case is so heavy I guess I better approve it – I said works for me.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneySounds like rumor mongering. From the thousands of petitions we've filed, we don't think there's any basis here.
