How does job creation work in redeployment cases?

The project I had invested in has been completed and the required jobs have been created. I am now thinking of redeploying the funds into a new construction project undertaken by the same person. In this case, do jobs need to be created again and shown? What other things do I need to keep in mind when redeploying my funds?

No new job creation is required.

The jobs in a redeployment case would have been created with the original investment and original timeline. Redeployment helps you sustain the investment until you are ready to file the I-829 petition.

New jobs should not need to be created in an EB-5 redeployment of capital situation. Ideally, the required jobs will have been created already. The purpose of the redeployment is to continue to meet the sustainment or at risk requirement, which must be met for the entire sustainment or conditional period.
