Can I travel on a pending I-485 and approved I-131, if I also have a pending asylum case? If not, are there any additional documents I can get?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyIf you have advance parole, it should be fine to travel. Just make sure you don’t go to the country from which you are seeking asylum. If you are in Immigration Proceedings, be sure to check with your attorney to see if you may travel internationally and also check with that attorney on the effect of travel on your pending asylum case.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyIf your AOS is based on asylum, you should not travel to your home country, which you claimed you were persecuted or you are afraid to return. Technically, you should apply for refugee travel document even if you filed AOS.
