How do I pay the EB-5 filing fees if I don’t have a U.S. account?

As I understand it, from now on all filing fees must be paid with a debit or credit card. But I do not have a bank account in the U.S. How do I pay?

You can use a foreign credit card or do a wire transfer with their forms (or retain counsel, pay counsel and they can pay through their account).

Most immigration attorneys can accept your USCIS filing fees into their law firm account, and then pay the USCIS on your behalf when the time is ready to file your case.
