How do I pay taxes as an EB-5 investor?

Once I receive the temporary green card and relocate to the US, what will my tax status be? I plan to continue working independently and paying taxes back in my home country. Would I still need to pay them in the US, correct?

You will be a US tax resident subject to world wide income. There may be a tax treaty . We can provide more detailed information on an hourly basis 1-2 hours. Reach out through the contact form.

Correct. Once you have a green card, you are a resident for tax purposes. Many countries have tax treaties with the U.S. so where you will ultimately owe and pay taxes may be a bit more complicated, but you are definitely a resident for tax purposes in the U.S.
