How do Cypriot citizenship-by-investment programs calculate the total residential investment requirement?

    You will be able to use the property already bought; however, it depends on when you acquire the property and the purchase price.

    If you purchased your home in the last 3 years, then it is eligible to be included in the total of your CBI investment in order to reach EUR 2 million.
