How could previous arrests affect my EB-5 visa application?

Could arrests in my youth affect my EB-5 visa application, even if they never ended up in court? I understand that I will have to submit my records, including these arrests for misdemeanors that occurred when I was 15 and 16, as part of my personal documents. Will I need to provide further information when I adjust my status if my I-526 is approved? I was young and stupid.

US juvenile offences can be excluded from conviction, but adjustment is discretionary so this is tricky.

An attorney should review the records. If it was simply an arrest that did not result in any charges (or sometimes even if just a fine for a misdemeanor), then most likely it should not prohibit you from pursuing permanent residency through the EB-5 program.

To fully answer, we would need to review the records to determine if there is an issue and if so if it is waivable.
