How could my EB-5 case be impacted if I apply for health insurance using federal subsidy?

I submitted my I-526 application last year and it is still pending. I am already living in the US with an E-2 visa. If I apply for health insurance using federal subsidy, would my EB-5 case be impacted?

It is not advisable to apply for any federal subsidy after submitting an I-526 application, including insurance subsidy. It may be interpreted as an indicia of public charge.

The public charge provision has been enjoined. It is not clear if you would be inadmissible on this basis alone.

Under the now-on-hold public charge rule, certain medical insurance seemed to be OK. This might be one of them, but be wary.
