I currently hold an E-2 visa, which expires in December 2029. I applied for the EB-5 (I-526E and I-485) at the end of 2025, but it was finally denied in April 2026. My current E-2 business has a revenue of $1.4M to $1.5M, a net profit of around $100K to $120K, and employs a total of 9 workers. In this situation, will there be any issues with renewing my E-2 visa through the embassy? Or will it not be a big problem?
