My cousin’s family owns a delivery truck business in Ohio.; they’ve had it for years. We are considering having me invest in the business to expand to other states. Would this investment qualify as an EB-5 investment? Would the business qualify as an EB-5 project? We would buy new trucks and hire people; would that qualify?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysHave them start a new business and then show how the investment created ten new US worker jobs. Investment in an existing business is very hard.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysSounds like it would if your source of funds can be traced to lawful sources and your investment will create ten new jobs within a couple of years.
