The consular officer stated that he could not inform us of when we could obtain our visas after receiving the 221(g) notice after the interview. Is this common for EB-5 visa applicants?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysAfter the interview, if the Consulate officer needs more information from you or to do administrative review, a 221g notice is issued to you. You can send email to the Consulate to ask for your status or go to the website of the Department of State, Visa application status to check. The officer never tells you when it is done.
