How can we sue our regional center for termination?

Given that there are plenty of investors like me affected by the recent USCIS terminations, I am wondering if a collective legal action would help us get our money back, instead of individually filing lawsuits against the regional center? Would this be advisable?

Yes, it is always best to pool your resources in this type of situation. Litigation can be expensive so the more individuals involved, the less the financial burden will be on each one.

You would need to consult a Federal litigation attorney to see if this is doable and recommended.

Yes this best to combine together for the legal challenge. Litigation is expensive but when people in the same situation band together, there is a greater chance of success.
The similarly situated victims of the fraud these Centers have perpetrated is best dealt with as a collective or class action.
It would be helpful to have the contact information of the other victims to have a virtual meeting or some how agree to cooperate.
