We want to start the EB5 process as soon as possible. We live in Europe and have real estate in Belgium, Spain, and the US. We want to sell our properties in Europe, so we have the investment of $800,000 in cash. But this will take some time. When we estimate all real estate (excluding loans), we will have approximately €3.4 million, which is equivalent to around $3.95 million. We are considering a partial loan to initiate the application process. European banks don’t give loans because of an investment in the USA. Which banks or investors in the USA can assist us with this?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysSorry, I can’t identify banks that might help. I would suggest maybe a U.S. branch of one of your European accounts.
