Since last year, there’s been much talk about backlogs finally hitting the EB-5 set-asides, at least for rural projects. With so much demand, will this really be the case? I hope not, because I am looking into applying through a regional center project in a rural area.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysBecause of many I-526E approvals for rural projects’ investors, backlog seems unavoidable in coming months. We can only check the visa bulletin every month, around 15-20th, to see if there is backlog in next month.
