My parents and I got conditional residency cards through the EB-5 visa program in 2019. We are still waiting for our I-829 approval, and I aged out in the process. I am soon to marry my spouse, who is a US citizen. We are unsure about leaving my parents’ EB-5 application so she can sponsor me instead. Is this feasible?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysBoth can pend until you are scheduled for the interview with your spouse. You should file for advance parole and then, when an e-interview is scheduled, take a trip abroad to abandon the conditional residence through your parent.
We would be happy to help with this, as we have done several times now.
