My mom and other family members on the same I-829 petition just got their approval notices, but mine is still showing as pending. I also have an N-400 filed concurrently, so I’m wondering if that’s causing a delay or if it’s just a case-status system lag for my individual receipt number (I submitted my N-400 application while my I-829 is still pending, but I’ve met all the other requirements). Is this normal? Trying to figure out if I should be worried or just give it more time before contacting USCIS or my attorney.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThere could be many reasons. Sometimes, USCIS case status does not change. If you do not receive anything the mail within the next 4 weeks, then the case status is likely correct. Sometimes, family members get approved at different times. Also, make sure there is nothing outstanding from your side (e.g. biometrics).
