I have already filed my I-485 and received a Combo Card, but my EB-5 project is struggling. It looks like it may go into bankruptcy, and it has only created enough jobs to satisfy 9 investors. My priority date (PD) is also not among the earliest in the project. Given these facts, what are my chances of being denied at the I-829 stage, and if denial happens, how can I adjust my immigration strategy?

You should review your subscription documents to understand the sequence of job allocation to the investors and whether there are enough job to be allocated to you.
