I am concerned about the political climate in the US right now because of the new president’s focus on immigration. My fear is that where I invest is in a place that is not friendly with immigrants, or that my investment is rejected because of this climate. So, if I wanted to have my application approved without a problem, should I look at areas with high unemployment instead, to be safe?
