I (mother) submitted my papers for investment immigration (EB-5) in 2019. At the time, my family (spouse, 2 daughters, and one son were all listed and checked for applying for a visa abroad). I have the following questions:
My family members haven’t submitted their DS-260 forms for conditional permanent residency yet. How long could that take? If my oldest daughter submits her DS-260, will it hurt her chances of getting the F1 visa? Could health issues affecting my youngest child affect his chances of obtaining an F-1 visa or traveling to the U.S. later on?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysConsular processing can take 3-8 months. Yes, the conditional residency is in conflict with the F1 (nonimmigrant) petition. F-1 as to health issues, not normally will they be an issue.
