How can I use a property I purchased as my EB-5 investment project?

Last year I bought a multifamily house in a tristate area. I plan to reconstruct this house and convert it into three condos, then sell it to market. The construction cost is 850K in a 1-year duration. In the future, I may do two projects at the same time. Would these one/two projects be eligible for the direct EB-5 visa at any point?

Possible – I would need more information to advise.

You could set up a company to engage in flipping and/or renovation of homes. The company would need to create at least 10 full-time jobs. Adding a property management component might help.
