How can I truly know if the regional center is trustworthy?

When I prepare to invest in an EB-5 project, how comprehensive must my analysis of the regional centre be? How independent information can I find about the regional center? Should I employ a due diligence specialist only for this?

You should obtain independent financial and investment advice from a qualified adviser who can look at the financial aspects of the investment. This is separate and apart from immigration due diligence. We can guide you through the immigration aspects for an hourly fee. For qualification and review of immigration issues only, we estimate between 6-10 hours of work.

It wouldn’t hurt to have an expert evaluate their financial stability. You can also ask the Regional Center how many I-526 approvals and how many I-829 approvals they’ve had?
