How can I travel to and from the US with an EB-5 pending?

I travel back and forth to the US because of my mining consulting business on a B1/B2 visa. If I were to apply for the EB-5 visa, would I still be able to travel like this?

Provided you make it clear that you have no plan to adjust status, you should be okay. However, note that on a B-1 you are not allowed to work; only engage in business meetings.

Not until you file the adjustment and get a travel permit (advance parole).
