I am an EB-5 investor, and my I-526 was recently approved. I have an advanced parole (AP) document that has an end date of 5/2/2024. I recently traveled to India using the AP, and the stamp on my passport says I am paroled until 2/3/2025. Does this mean I can continue using my AP to travel until 2/3/2025? I have applied for an AP renewal, but it has not been approved yet, and I plan to travel to Mexico on 11/2024.

Find EB-5 Visa Lawyers: Immigration Attorneys DirectoryYou cannot use the entry stamp to 2025. You will need approved advance parole to reenter, unless you have a valid h-1B or L-visa.

Find EB-5 Visa Lawyers: Immigration Attorneys DirectoryYou cannot travel abroad if you do not have the renewed advance parole. The admit date is not an extension of the validity of the advance parole document.
