How can I travel outside the U.S. with my advanced parole?

I am an EB-5 investor, and my I-526 was recently approved. I have an advanced parole (AP) document that has an end date of 5/2/2024. I recently traveled to India using the AP, and the stamp on my passport says I am paroled until 2/3/2025. Does this mean I can continue using my AP to travel until 2/3/2025? I have applied for an AP renewal, but it has not been approved yet, and I plan to travel to Mexico on 11/2024.

You cannot use the entry stamp to 2025. You will need approved advance parole to reenter, unless you have a valid h-1B or L-visa.

You will need the new AP approval to travel.

Nope, the parole expired on the date it says it expired.

You cannot travel abroad if you do not have the renewed advance parole. The admit date is not an extension of the validity of the advance parole document.
