I entered the US on Advanced Parole on my pending I-485. I want to file a new I-526 petition due to a Material Change in Source of Funds. I have a tourist visa that expires in a few weeks. Can I request a transfer to that visa, and if approved, withdraw my current I-526 and file a new one?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYou can file a new petition and request transfer of underlying basis, but its discretionary.
