My husband and I are both Chinese citizens. We filed our EB-5 I-485 application in March this year with me as the primary applicant. Last month my husband”s EB-2 case became current, but as the I-485 approving process under EB-5 is really slow and the green card is conditional, is it possible that we can transfer our I-485 application from the EB-5 category to the EB-2 category?
