I would like to know whether unresponsiveness is the norm in EB-5 attorney services. Throughout this process, my lawyer’s availability has been slow, and I have had to follow up many times to get updates. I am considering changing lawyers after filing the I-526, as I do not want to delay the application further if I do so before submitting the form.
