I applied directly to an EB-5 project, but I am not happy with the way my investment is being used. I want to know the possibility of changing the investment for a regional center project when I have already started my application.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYou will have to withdraw your petition – if that’s what you did already, and have your capital returned to you. Then you will need to reinvest and file a new petition under a regional center. There is no legal mechanism to switch your project at this stage with USCIS.
