I recently got approval for EB2 NIW and already make payment for immigration visa processing for myself as the principal applicant and my family members. Payment has been cleared, and we are at the stage of filling out the DS 260 form. But, I couldn’t proceed with filling out the DS 260 form for my children because we have yet to collect the international passport we applied for. I want to know if it is possible for me to proceed with the filling of my DS 260 form and submit my civil documents while waiting for my children’s passports to get ready.
