How can I stay in the U.S. once I file my motion to reopen my denied I-829?

What is the processing time for an I-290b Motion to Reopen a denied I-829? Can I continue in the U.S. while the case is being processed?

Yes, you continue to be a perment resident while the I-290B is pending. They can take weeks, or months, or possibly even more than a year to adjudicate.
There appears to be no pattern of first in first out.

Provided you have an ADIT stamp showing your continued PR status.

Yes, you can still in the U.S. while the 290B is pending and you can also get the ADIT stamp on your passport if you need to travel. 290B will normally take nine to twelve months, but sometimes it may take longer.
