How can I sponsor my wife’s green card if I’m on a conditional visa?

I have a conditional green card, and I’m currently in the process of removing the conditions from my green card. Can I  still sponsor my wife to apply for a green card? She currently holds a work visa, which is set to expire in December 2025.

Yes, you can at least file for the I-130. You can’t file the I-485 until the Priority Date is current in the FB-2a category under the Visa Bulletin. Feel free to set u a consult to discuss in more detail.
