How can I speed up my AOS decision with an approved I-526?

I am an Indian national, and I applied for AOS along with EAD and AP after my I-526 was approved. It’s been 4 months since my biometric appointment. How can I speed up my AOS decision? Can I file a mandamus? My application is with WAC.

After four months it would be very hard to claim unreasonable delay, you need to meet the USCIS designated expedite criteria to succeed.

4 months is nothing when it comes to USCIS processing. Sure, you can file a mandamus, but its success depends on several factors.

Mandamus is an option if your Priority Date is current and the usual processing times have passed.
