As conditions for foreign students to study in the US are becoming stricter, I wonder if it would still be advisable to apply for an MBA in the U.S. on a scholarship. Are MBAs being as scrutinized as other postgraduate study programs? Will the fact that I am using a scholarship be vetted differently?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysConfirm your scholarship is legitimate and documented in writing and show that funding covers all costs. If possible, show some personal funds or family support as backup, so that your entire funding does not rest solely on the scholarship.
Expect deeper questioning about your scholarship (source, sustainability).
The MBA program must be with a SEVP-certified school.
