How can I request a refund now that USCIS lowered the EB-5 fees?

I filed my I-829 in July 2024; USCIS reversed the EB-5 fee hike the following year. Can I request a refund for the high fees paid?

You will need to look at the Court order on this . I don’t recall seeing any options for refund.
