How can I reopen my application if my EB-5 lawyer didn’t advise me well?

I believe I am the victim of ineffective assistance of counsel for an EB-5 application. I am looking for an attorney to reopen my case before the USCIS, and I would also like to sue my former attorney for negligence. I’d appreciate your guidance in these matters.

You do need to be careful in selecting EB-5 counsel, since most immigration lawyers do not have experience with this highly complicated visa category.
