I have an I-485 pending and a valid advance parole document until August 16, 2020. I went back to China before Covid started but now I am stuck there. I am wondering how I can renew my AP so that I can safely enter the U.S. when the pandemic is over. My daughter is in the U.S., if she is allowed to file for the renewal for me, what are the steps she can take to properly file the I-131?
