How can I recover my EB-5 investment after my application was rejected?

My EB-5 visa application was recently denied, and I’m trying to recover my investment. However, the project is defaulting and trying to sell. I would like to know about other experiences similar to this.

Note this is an “at risk” investment meaning you can make or lose money---need to undertake thorough investment and immigration due diligence prior to investing.

First step is top review the project documents you signed and then reach out to the project with or without legal help.

It depends on the terms and conditions of the partnership agreement or LLC operating agreement, and subscription agreement. Because EB-5 requires "at-risk" investment, you likely cannot get back your funds soon after your case is denied.
