I’m on an H-1B, and I concurrently applied for EB-5, but my I-526 was denied; however, my AOS applications (485, 765, 131) are still in progress. When would they auto-reject? If I reapply for I-526, which will trigger subsequent AOS applications again, would that cause any issues?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIf your I-526E petition is denied, your Adjustment of Status (AOS) application will generally be denied as well. It is advisable to consult an attorney to assess whether any issues may arise with future applications.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysI expect the I-485 to be rejected shortly so make sure you have an underlying nonimmigrant status or leave the country so you preserve the right to re-apply.
