I have a ready-to-take-off project in healthcare. How can I raise $2.5 million with EB-5 or any other investor visa program?

To raise capital from several EB-5 investors, you need to become a USCIS-designated Regional Center or associate with one. Also, you are required to file I-956F project application with USCIS before accepting investors.

Typically, projects hire agents in foreign countries to locate investors if you don’t know of one. A private project may only have one EB-5 investor. You would need to associate with or create your own Regional Center for multiple investors
