Is there any possibility for the priority date of the Unreserved category to move ahead of the reserved category? if yes, would it be possible to port the reserved category priority date to the Unreserved category? if yes, is there an additional requirement to invest extra funds (specifically, 250,000 Indian rupees) to become eligible for porting to the Unreserved category? And if yes, could you please clarify when the investment should be made and communicate to USCIS to be eligible?
